Sasha (Painting), Seth (Black & White Photography) and Jack (Digital Photography) have successfully completed the HSC course ‘Intensive Studio Practice’ at the National Art School, after attending their second session in Sydney over the school holidays. This prestigious course gives gifted & talented Year 11 Visual Art students an opportunity to immerse themselves in their artistic practice at a tertiary level.
"Recently, I had the privilege of attending and participating in the National Art School HSC Intensive Studio Practice, by the grace and virtue of a scholarship. At the NAS in Sydney, I found myself surrounded by like-minded, unique teenagers with a passion for the Arts. With the guidance of forward-thinking instructors, a space was created which enabled free thinking, self-directed artistic endeavours which allowed pieces of art of outstanding quality to be produced. These pieces were then installed by the students in an exhibition on the final evening. I am so grateful to have attended this course as I have learnt so many valuable skills which I hope will assist me in my future." Seth
